  • The City  provides residents with a number of helpful environmental links
  • The City of San Ramon has partnered with Sustainable San Ramon, a community-based non-profit organization, to provide home energy efficiency and solar energy presentations for San Ramon residents.
  • Community garden plots are available for City residents to lease. The City promotes conservation of natural resources through ecologically sensitive use of the land.  Community Gardeners are required to use gardening methods that enhance and further promote the natural fertility of the soil.  Natural methods and non-chemical agents are required.  Water conservation and composting are encouraged.
